2 exhaust tickets
can a cop issue 2 tickets for one muffler?

One for it being straight through and the other too loud.

$110 each.

or only one ticket for 'illegal exhaust'

does it say straight through exhaust or muffler?

he can issue it, but it wont hold up in court, in regards to it being straight through since you do have a muffler.

good question. but i think having an "improper" muffler and disturbing the peace are 2 separate issues thus 2 separate tickets.

just get writing from the person who made the muffler stating it's legal, and yes they are different tickets
