Unhappy 2 court dates coming up :(

I am ANNOYED!!

1st Ticket..
Got a speeding ticket last year in uhmmm MARCH and my court date it next week May 28th.
I was driving fast to get home and pick up my sis cuz my friend just had a baby. I told the cop the story and he said he understood but her couldnt do anything cuz he was a rookey. Then he told me to take it to court.
It's a 3 point ticket.

2nd Ticket...
I just got another ticket a couple of months ago coming from burlington and i was doing 140+ in the left lane and passed a cop that was in the middle lane.
Didn't even notice him untill he turned on the cherries and i pulled over. Gave him the excuse that i was feeling ill and wanted to get home ASAP.
Court date is July 4th.
He said he reduced the ticket but its still 3 points.

And i got a freakin parking ticket last month that i still need to pay.

I seriously need someone to knock me out or something cuz i never learn.
I have had a suspended license for 2 moths before and plenty of parking tickets.
But noooooooooooooo Nada still drives like an idiot and parks in illegal spots.

Why cant i stop??

common nada!
dont make me go there and take your car away from you..!

ehehe jk i dont even know you..
just drive slower.. always leave early so u have like 5mins to spare.. cause driving like 20kmhs over the limit willl only get u to a place like 5mins faster.. its not worth a ticket..

For the first ticket, you should get someone to plead the case for you that it has been past the 10-12 month time that would have been considered a "timely" court date. Talk to someone that has knowledge in this area. As for the second.....

ohhhh i will just tell the prosecutor myself.
I'm not affraid.

Neither of these tickets were written down as racing.

I was speeding not racing.

I will just play that BOO HOO girly thing and it will be thrown out.

I know the cops wont show and i dont care if i have to pay anything. its not about the money but i dont want the points.

it didn't come to trail in a timely manner get it thrown out talk to the porsecution if they won't drop it then make a motion to the judge about timely trails and that it is unfair that the trail continue since the events have become "blurry" in your mind and you will not be able to provide a proper defense.

as for the second one ... I dunno

parking ticket .... some cities (like toronto) will let it go if it's the first one and you claim the signs posted confused you ...(thats what I did) also parking tickets do not affect insurance
