Where to rent spring compressor?
WTH!
Both Canadian Tire and Part Source used to do Loan-a-Tool.
Leave a deposit, use the tool, return the tool and get your deposit back.
I did this a few times for large socket sets, and was aware you could do the same with spring compressors. Well turns out NEITHER of these places participate with that program AT ALL anymore. They had told me that they just were not getting the tools back. Well isn't that the purpose of the deposit? To cover the cost of the tools, so that if someone did not return them, the company could replace the tool so that other more HONEST people could still continue to use this service.
Anyways, anybody know were I could rent a spring compressor?
