As far as I know:
- power steering rack
- power steering line
- power steering pump and brackets
- reservoir and hoses
- power steering belt
- crank pulley with power steering slot (if your motor doesn't already have it)
- fluid
Might be forgetting some stuff.

As for the costs, not 100% sure but roughly:
power steering rack - $350 (rebuilt)
line - $20?
pump and brackets - $30-40
reservoir and hoses - $10
belt - $10-15
crank pulley - $20-40
fluid - $12
Labour will be $$$
To replace the rack alone, you'd be looking at anywhere from $160-$250, maybe more.
I'm having my steering rack replaced for around $180 and the mechanic is amazing.

hey buddy,
I actually have spare parts lying around from my power steering swap.
I actually have a ps rack and pump from a 98 civic on me if you need it.
other than that, I had my ps done to my 2000 CX just recently, after the swap, my steering wheel is getting too much pressure to the wheel, not sure what is causing it. let me know if you do end up doing the swap, maybe I can bring my car over to the guy who does yours. Also, let me know if you are looking for any parts as I bought two sets of all power steering assembly to be on the safe side and ended up only using one.
