Did some one use this spring rate for a EK in lapping ...

I prefer the higher frequency in the rear.

I have found that 560F, 784R works pretty well on the civic chassis. But your spring rates are plenty fine, and will work well on a car that sees track and DD.

Are you Koni's custom valved or OTS?

Hey,

The koni are revalved race specification not shortened.

In the back i have a 22mm itr bar, nothing in front.

The car is no more a daily driver, just occasionnaly day driver.

i hope the spring will be stiff enough in the back for the track.
