Spring sleeves,Good idea?

Hey guys i was wondering if those adjustable lowering sleeves are a good idea for ride quality & handling?

The sleeves alone won't let you lower the car. You need lowering springs to lower a car, or a coilover kit that comes with lowering springs and aftermarket shocks. Some coilover kits come with the threaded collar sleeve and some don't. They simply allow you to adjust your ride height to some degree to get the stance of your car the way you want it. You can get sleeves on their own and combine them with lowering springs but lowering springs with stock shocks usually ends in blown shocks sooner or later.
