oem specs:

SiR spring rates: 201F/100R (Progressive/Progressive)

ITR Spring rates: 250F/250R (Linear/Progressive)

From my experience and what I have seen and driven, The ITR setup is an excellent match to the EG chassis. It's a direct bolt-in (unlike the rear strut design of the SiR setup, which is slightly different) and the spring rates are a great match for comfort and performance. Ride height is lower then stock, but ideal for easily navigating speed bumps etc...

With the addition of a substantial rear sway bar, you'll be able to carve up a road course with confidence.

The SiR suspension is a bit too soft and with the differently designed rear strut/LCA setup, makes it more difficult to adapt to the eg chassis.

The DC integra and EG civic chassis are near idectical in suspension components. Everything is basically interchangeable.
