Hey guys need some help I have snapped a bracket that the lower control arm connects to at hub on a 99 civic dx hatch and nobody I can find knows what the bracket holding the control arm is called so need help from someone who knows.

Sorta hard to tell from this photo cause the red circle is sorta blocking the rest of the trailing arm, but I don't think that bracket is really a separate part, I think it's part of the trailing arm.

Can you take another photo of it? perhaps a closer shot of the broken part?

Being a glass is half full sorta guy/the sorta guy who's always looking for any reason to do an upgrade, I'd say this looks like a perfect reason to do a rear disk conversion. Unless this is just a regular civic daily driver to get around in and not a project car at all. Then I'd just pull the entire trailing arm off and bring it in to a shop and have it welded back together.
