Koni Red

Hi,

My 00 Sir came with Koni Red's (Specials). What is the maximum spring rate I can run with these?

If anyone has experience with these shocks, please let me know

with H & R sport spring, it work great...

H & R sport: spring rate in front 330 in/lb, in rear 280 in/lb

Any bouncing? Did you have it set on stiff with the H&R?

what spring set are you looking to use, and how much do you want to lower it?

i would say 300# is about the max you would want to go with the reds... and i wouldn't lower on them more than 1.5".
