i would like to know if there is any other years of civic or integra coil overs that will fit my ef.. are they the same all the way up to 2000 for the civic?

If you get DA integra coilovers they will fit. You can use EG civic or DC integra parts but the front forks will need to be of the EG or DC because front struts were slightly fatter than EF or DA.
