Hi I am looking at swapping a b16 into my 99 civic se, i have it on adustable coilovers, with a 6 inch 250lbs per inch spring and stock struts. Is that enough to handle a b16? If not what should i do?

Looking at SOHC D-series weights and B16 block weights, you're looking at maybe a 50-80lb increase in overall weight on the front springs. You put more weight on the springs by putting a fat guy in the passenger seat, so I think you'll be just fine
