Hello I have an 01 Si and I want to drop it 2" is that a good drop? or do you think that it will be to low

dropping your car is really a personal preference...I would suggest you do some surfing to find pics of your ride with different drops so you can get an idea of how it will look...

i have an 05 civic coupe with a 1.5' drop which i think looks perfect...2 would be a bit much for me...and i already have some clearance issues in certain parts of the city which i frequent...so consider the areas in which you drive...lots of steep driveways? crazy pot holes? parking lots? etc...

if your dropping it on the stock shocks...i think 2' inches will wear them out pretty quickly...

just my 2 cents...

how is it better


- ruins the overall suspension geometry of the vehicle
- rubbing against inner fender
- excessive camber then lead to worn out edges on tires
- not practical on toronto roads

its on air ride.. but if it was static.. umm.. 6 -8 inch drop?.. not to sure.. lol
