1" drop, cut bump stops?

I will be lowering my 05 Si and the end of the month with an Eibach Prokit. Should I be cutting my bump stops?

Any one have experience with the Prokit?

ya, but you don't have to cut them in half like you normally would. just take off like 1/4 to 1/3 of the bumpstop.

not cutting the bumpstop can be somewhat dangerous cuz in a hard corner (say a fast onramp or offramp) if you hit a lage enough bump that your shocks bottom out on the bumpstop, this will send your effective spring rate to near infinity (rigid) and cause understeer, leading to unpredictable handling.

so yeah, give it that extra bit of room.
