yes it will fit, but doesnt have an iat port, which can be easily made. Drill a hole and put the proper size grommet in there.

^^ pm zeeman with how much he charges to chip and run a stock map (and a conversion harness if necessary). It's amazing the difference the right ecu/map can do for your car ;)

Yeah I've seen it happen and heard of it happening a few times. Blows out seals on higher mileage cars.. and even promotes more engine wear.
