Best way to find out is check it out yourself. I personally never heard of this show in the past. Hell, I might even stop by to see. Sounds intriguing.

you will most definitely find some good deals there....but be there the first day to get the best variety. at last year's show, henry sold new 30D bodies for around 700 only. they were scooped within a few hours.

I went last time it was on (Oct?), got my studio lighting cheap. Saved about $210 and it was delivered in 2 days!

you might even find a deal on the camera you're waiting for!

Don't forget, the XSI is coming, so the XTI might be low priced there at the show. But as already mentionned, they will go FAST.

That's what I'm hoping for, I'm going to book Friday off ASAP and go as soon as the show opens. Maybe get a chance to check out some seminars as well.

^I'm not loosing any money, for my job if I book a day off, they just put me in another day and use the day I book off as 1 of my 2 days. It all works

haha
If you want a deal on an XTi, I suggest you stand in line before they open the doors. If they're a good price they'll be gone by the time the text message is typed out!

Yeah here's hoping though. Unfortunately there is no way I can get there friday during the day, which will probably sink me.

I'd love to go to nyc and some of the stores. Pick up a nice bundle down there for a good price.
