see it before you shoot it Cherise and then make the camera get what you want
a P&S shouldn't hinder you much..it just might take you a little longer to achieve your final outcome

Agreed -- I was just out there - HOLY PRIME PHOTO DAY ! It was just starting to drizzle when I left. I 'borrowed' Mike's camera for a little shoot =D

Got some amazing shots I think, just about to load them up and take a quick peak through what I captured!

Holy amazing wildlife and scenery I got -- Birds bathing, ducks sitting with a squirrel, a muskrat in a Brampton stream HA ! It was amazing !

I will probably post them up on Facebook after if anyone wants to check them out !

Thanks for the tips guys!

Thanks Sha, they could have been better, but I am just learning to use Mike's camera so I still have some work to do, but they didn't turn out too bad!

It'll be a challenge in itself trying to stitch together photos let alone trying to take your best shots.

yo xxx-ray what do you use for photo editing? PS cs cs2 & cs3 all have the photomerge ability. i have PS elements 6 and it has it too. its totally automated, so you just pick the shots that need to be stitched and it does it for you....i have done 6 pano's in my life including the ones i just posted in the other thread...so im a rook too. im here for ya brother, us rookies need to stick together.

its not a bad idea to have two diff software apps and try them to see the results. i use photomerge and the stitch feature that came with my canon utilities software. sometimes one works and sometimes the other.

in any event...it is easy to do.

Thanks Sss-teve! Lol. I'm currently using Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 Editor. I looked for it, but didn't see it there. I've seen your pano in flickr. Nicely done.
