here's one on the way to the Driftops VIP drift day @ shannonville
@ 1/15, F/7.1, ISO 400, free hand.
really happy with this one as it was a first attempt, and no editing was required except for resize + watermark.

^^ yeah 1/15 seems kinda slow but i guess fair amount of natural light, 400 ISO plus a bit of a wide angle there may have helped getting a clear shot. although i am not sure how the cam would pick 1/15 if your aperture was at 7.1 (should be much higher)...or perhaps you were shooting in manual or shutter priority mode.
nontheless....good shot there kev.

hey sal, that outta focus branch there in the foreground on the bottom right kills the picture...cuz all I see is that when I look at it and the picture coulda really been good but that damn fuzzy branch is in the way and my eye goes right for it every time

^^ thanks guys
matt....yeah i notice that but i didnt think of anything else but the red color of the leaf at the time i focused and took the shot. i guess if it was in focus...it might have taken some attention away from the centered subject you know.
