July Photo Challenge
JULY PHOTO CHALLENGE
Essentially, a topic is chosen, and pictures can be taken based on that theme and any interpretation of it. Please keep it PG13.
Submitted photos will be posted, and at the end of the month, votes will be cast and a winner will be chosen.
The winner of the current month will then get to choose the theme for the following month.
This month's topic/theme is "SPARKLE or SHINE", as chosen by Tyson09, winner of the May/June Photo Challenge.
- all entries must be submitted between July 1st and 25th
- voting will run from July 26th to 30th
- please post all submissions in this thread only

STANDARD RULES APPLY:
1) Pictures should be taken between July 1st and 25th.
2) Maximum of 2 entries per person.
3) Each photo should be an original that has been taken by the individual entering the challenge.
4) Maximum width for each picture is 1000 pixels.

In the past, we've tried to balance it out. Some individuals really loved to photoshop their pics to make them dramatic, and no one was really that concerned, their pics didn't always win even with the enhancements.
If you need to touch the photo up a little to brighten or darken, frame it up, or make small touches that enhance, I don't think it's really a big deal...on behalf of Admin, I can't see it being a problem. As mentioned, try and strike a balance--don't go overboard, use discretion, and hopefully that will be cool with everyone.

Thought you'd like that last one. I went and took a few pics of my car after washing it but somehow the only part of any of them that fit the sparkle or shine aspects on my old hatch was if you count that my fog lights are on in one of them.
