April Photo Challenge
 

APRIL PHOTO CHALLENGE
Essentially, a topic is chosen, and pictures can be taken based on that theme and any interpretation of it. Please keep it PG13.

Submitted photos will be posted, and at the end of the month, votes will be cast and a winner will be chosen.

The winner of the current month will then get to choose the theme for the following month.

This month's topic/theme is "ELECTRIC", as chosen by JDMej1 (and Sha).

- all entries must be submitted between April 1st and 24th
- voting will run from April 25th to 29th
- please post all submissions in this thread only

STANDARD RULES APPLY:
1) Pictures should be taken between April 1st and 24th.
2) Maximum of 2 entries per person.
3) Each photo should be an original that has been taken by the individual entering the challenge.
4) Maximum width for each picture is 1000 pixels.

I have an idea for a better pic and need to get my hands on a cam to do it justice so I don't really care if this one counts, unless it does and in that case sweet!

my other idea is better still, I need to not drink and be online I think, my idea would work for this month and yet I still thought that last pic would fit this month.

hmm i gotta remember the idea i had for this topic :p maybe i can figure out something cool while my dash it would with all the harnesses and all.. [think REALLY hard]

Thanks for the entries, both good pics. It's just a bit late for last month's topic, although your first picture captured that very well. :biggrin1:

Starting tomorrow, you can submit a photo that you've taken between April 1-24, and submit it for the challenge. Anything that you feel captures the topic of "Electric" can be entered (if you want, check out the guidelines in the first post). You said you had a good idea for this topic, so looking forward to having your photo in the challenge. :photo:

i know its kind of a stretch but heres my first picture.. the fire itself was started from an electrical spark and then fed by the natural gas line

Thanks for the comments, VERY hard to shoot lightning when you have to time it exactly right lol Other ppl have better luck, but that day I got lucky, glad too cuz I had been tryin FOREVER lol
