just bought an ef with a fully built b20 vtec was just told by my mechanic i need new shocks and drive shafts! now i was wondering if there are more then one kind of drive shafts or are they all stock? also if the shocks i should buy should be adjustbale or non adjustable and whats the best make of shocks?

I love my Koni adjustable shocks, they run 500-600 bucks a set , but I think its worth it since I am lowered 2 inches and have full control over my damper rate makes driving a lowered car less painful

What is your current setup? What springs do you have on it? Make sure your current dampers really are blown and the mechanic isn't just looking to make some extre coin... What are the current dampers (stock or aftermarket)?

welcome! if your looking to lower your ride (provided your dampers are blown like mpr said) id suggest either function and form type one coilovers or koni with GC

well like i said i bought the car built...i know the coilovers are ractive and i dont know about the shocks but i was told from the owner himself as well that i need new shocks!
