Newb with bad 01 4spd auto tranny
 

Bought the 01 coupe B/N
Fast forward 175 000km
Auto transmission started making a buzzing noise when cold seemed to go away as soon as it warmed up
Last week I left work and it seemed to slip on shifts until it warmed up
When I got home checked the fluid level and it was about 1/2 way between high and low
I topped it up with Lucas transmission fix
Now it wont move an inch even when warmed up :pout:
The car is in really good condition otherwise
Its been Krown rust proofed every year and it is truly rust free
I changed the motor oil every 5k
Just bought new summer and winter tires $$$
Not sure if its time for us to part ways or find a transmission for it
Unfortunately it a harder sell as is

I picked up a 2014 Focus last night

My old Civic has a new owner
I pushed it to the end of the driveway this morning and put a for sale sign on it
Buyer has a family member that works in a transmission shop
Bought it for his daughter that is in college

well that settles that.
