Hello From The Atlantic Coast
#7
basically I am sick of having people build me engines that leak or break.
My goal is to buy a stock engine from honda in this and run it until it needs attention. No Cams, no cam gears, no tuning.
This is going to be mainly a track car used for lapping. I will be using this on the street to cruise around in from time to time as well.
Nothing ground breaking really, but I am really looking forward to working on something that is not my daily driver. I have just leased a shop for my own personal use and will be moving in Dec 1, so this makes it all the more so exciting
Basically looking to pick up a CTR front half cut with no engine, swap fenders bumper and hood onto the CX, then take a 98-01 ITR swap and throw it in.
Some sort of performance suspension.
ITR 5 Lug conversion.
ITR Rims
Some sort of suspension stiffening
Some sort of body stiffening
All new brake and fuel lines throughout.
Possibly an engine bay wire tuck.
I might be interested in doing a RHD conversion if I get bored and want to do tons of work.
If thats the case I'll be using the CTR Dash, steering wheel, brake booster etc etc...
It's in rough shape now but that's on, we're doing most the work ourselves.
