Update on house reno - more pics

This is in regard to the original post about me buying a house in December and doing some renos on it.

First floor almost complete

blame that on the crappy DIYer who lived there before. Its all coming out with decora and I added a new circuit for under cabinet/kitchen sink light

There isn't a right way and a wrong way. The way you have them makes it safer if anything falls in behind the face of the cord end, but gravity will put the cord and if it unplugs this way the ground is at chance to be the first not the last to become disconnected. CEC diagram shows the 15R receptacle with the prongs up? your choice.... Good job so far Looks great.

Matt, are you gonna put a finish tile on you the end of your tile work? like cap it off with a finished bullnosed tile or whatever? it kinda looks "unfinished" as is...would be cleaner with a cap on em y0

Naturally everything that is plugged into a receptacle will normally sag down, exposing the live and neutral increasing chance of electrocution. With it being the other way just the ground is exposed minimizing chance of electrocution.

which tile are you referring to?

the only exposde end in the kitchen is by the door opening, and we have a plastic tile edge like this installed
