I highly doubt the topic really has anything do with the results. I'd submit the weather and possibly mid term examinations (my reason) had the major factor. I based my decision for this month's topic on the photos submitted for last month's topic; most of which were industrial settings.

What are you reasons for not being part of this month's contest?

not surprising given the lack of industry where i live. Im a little disappointed in you guys. If i was in ontario I would have found some real cool places to photograph...
