WHOA! That's super low! And that's super illegal. I was talking to a friend of mine in Toronto and he says the laws here state that the lowest part of the rim cannot be higher than the lowest part of the body...is this true?

I don't see how that would make a difference if the overall diameter of the rim remains the same. It's more of an issue with ride height, bumper height, and tire clearance/rubbing.

I'm going to be doing another photoshoot in a week or so when I get some new parts with shots of the car 3 wheeling and what not.
