January Photo Challenge
Essentially a theme is chosen, and you can take pictures based on the theme (as well as your interpretation) and post them up. Please keep it PG13.
Around the last week of the month, votes will be casted, and a winner will be chosen.
The winner of the current month, will then get to chose the theme for next month.
This months topic/theme is LONG EXPOSURES. (Chosen by TranceaddicT, last months winner!)
You can post the picture up till January 19, 2007.
Rules:
1.) Pictues have to be taken from now till the 19th of the month.
2.) Maximum of 2 entries per person. If you take more and post them up, before the 19th please choose your top 2.
3.) Maximum width for each picture is 800 pixels.
4.) As suggested by another member, to make it as fair as possible, no winner can win two months in a row, even though his or her picture may be superb. This challenge is for people who enjoy taking pictures, or are learning the talents of photography.

ill say that any pic with at least 1/2 sec exposure. obviously u can go longer 1,2,4,8,bulb. w/e u want.
the subject can be anything.

No no one is banned from this thread, any post that does not have a picture in it will involve a deleted post.
TranceaddicT your welcome to post pictures, another member through that idea out there, to give everyone an equal chance. Yes your pictures are phenominal, so please dont stop from posting them in here.

Yes I am aware of that. He took pictures, and it will be posted as an option, but he wont "win" the contest this month.
This has turned out to be quite competitive.

why cant last month's winner win again? thats like saying "oh you won the world championship last year, so this year u cant compete" I personally think anybody can compete winner or not...just maybe people need to step up their game or whatever

Someone complained to me and wanted it fair. Im not happy with the rule, but in fairness im trying it out.
Thats why I am allowing voting for TranceaddicT. If his votes have him the winner, by default the next best will win.
