Speaking of BB... can you guys come out with a phone that works? My bold 9000 has been replaced 4 times since January!! Neither of which is becuase of it being dropped or water damage.
I'm sure the other 40 million subscribers we have are experiencing the same issue. "make a phone that works" lol, good one. you might want to ask your carrier why they keep giving you refurbished phones that don't work. |

Stocks are manipulated by people trying to make money. Our numbers always go up, but if they don't meet some dudes expectations, the stock goes for a crash. It's funny because here's a little fact that no one realizes: BlackBerrys started selling approx. 10 years ago. In those 10 years, we have shipped 100 million devices. What's impressive about that is more than 50% of those 100 million were in the last 18 months alone. I wouldn't base a company's performance on their current stock price. |

The quality, customer service, and troubleshooting of these phones is equivalent to that of a pile of elephant dung baking in the sun. The moment another phone begins to build it's name in the Corporate industry BB is over. I see that coming to Nokia. Considering after 1 year these phones still work like the day it was bought. |

I asked Rogers that today actually... after waiting on hold for 30 mintues to speak with a supervisor. Once getting the supervisor I was told, the ever so famous line, sorry I just can't help you.
Call, explain your upset, ask nicely the first time, if they say no tell them you want to cancel your account. |

Did you speak to Customer Retention? I got a free BB from blasting at a Manager in this department. Their the only ones capable of doing anything.

There phones are just naturally ****. Every since they decided to make them in Mexico they don't care anymore about Quality.

So what. This company will easily be matched and overtaken as technology progresses. As well as the continuous mistakes made by this company.

Oh, ok. And how long has Nokia existed? Care to explain to me why the largest phone maker in the world hasn't already done this? Simple answer: no one currently has anything that can come close to our corporate offering. There's more to it than just the phone itself and the stupid apps you can load on it. We have one of the world's largest private networks running every BB world wide. |

What does troubleshooting with your carrier have to do with RIM and how exactly do you take that and reflect it on RIM? I seriously doubt you have a support contract with us for your personal BlackBerry. |
