i put pause and you can see all this blood on the windshield. what i don't get is why the cop seeying the damn car in the middle of the road he didn't slow down. and why was she running from in the first place.

w0w ....first stupid lady shouldnt be running in the middle of the road like that ... second **** cops, they say they protecting the law yet they break it themselves (ie. going over speed limit, turning on their sirens when theres traffic)

^^ since when is turning on your sirens illegal if there's traffic?? .. are they just supposed to wait until the traffic clears up to go answer a 911 call?
