Picked up some wheels..(new pics pg 2)
Grabbed these off TCC here today.. Put them on to test fit, think they look pretty nice. Which leads to my question. I have a few colour options I've been thinking of, and wanted to know what you guys think. I have an opinion of my own, so you wont be the deciding factor, but just curious as to what you guys think.
My ideas:
1. Keep them as is, just refinished (boring IMO)
2. All gold, no clear. BBS kinda style
3. Chrome or polish lip, whatever, with almond white lacing (I think this *could* look sick)
or...
4. Shoot it silver and let that dry, then mask off the lip, and spray the lace black or gold and wipe off the face so the second colour is only on the insides.

Whatever obo! It's 2 brand new tires, 4 straight alloys, I'd say if I was offered 200 I'd take it easily. They're ready to roll regardless, there's enough other wheels that are Shiz going for the same. Anyways, picked up my new wheels for $100.
Wanna hear opinions on the colour choice though still.

Theyre not JDM at all and thank God for that. They're German wheels for dubs or BMWs, made by EXIM. One piece aluminum. The wheels I had on it before were dub wheels, and the wheels I have on it now are dub wheels. The front lip is also VW.

The wheels have good potential depending how much you want to spend. They look similar to BBS RA's but don't have the 1" lip.
I would sandblast them, clean em up then paint the centers gold with a polished lip but a colour matched red would look good too. You could even throw in a small spacer on the rear to give it a more staggered look. I think that would finish it off good
