are you kidding...

1. they look amazing
2. pretty rare to find a decent one now a days
3. they only rust out your hood if your a dumba$s and let sand and stuff get underneath and leave it there.
4. if you knew anything about what the jdm style is and what im going for you would retract that comment..

its pretty annoying to get all these negative comments about my hard work and personal taste.. not one thing on this car was done by a shop besides the paint. i guess no one has appreciation for some genuine dedication and hard work anymore

Its not about generic jdm look nor what other people like.
If you like the bra keep it on. There are few things I don't like but I appreciate it as a whole. Everybody has a different taste in everything. Think about those ricers who try to make civics look like skylines or have 10ft 5level wings. They think its cool and they like it, that's all that matters.
Though opinions is what you get when you post a build or pictures. Whether they are positive or negative, keep doing what you are doing and ignore the haters.

i know what you mean martin, but i meant like why cant people respect the look im going for you know? like if a ricer puts his hard work into his car and in my opinion its ugly, i dont care its his car and he worked hard for it so he gets my respect. i just mean like i dont mind creative critisism but just straight up being told what to do is annoying. anyways im with you.. stick it to the haters

no new pics but do have some updates

i'm currenty working on removing the faceplate from an oem deck, and using it as a block-off to cover my radio for when i park my car and want people to think i have a stock deck. also debating a ek console retro-fit, or at least finding the oem eg armrest from a junkyard. just small stuff really. i gotta hit up the junkyard and try and find a few things (honda/acura center caps, ek console and/or eg armrest, and anything random i like). also have been shopping around locally trying to find a switch to make a fuel cut-off switch. also i almost got my hands on a seat of recaro's (black w. red stitching) so seats MIGHT be coming soon if i get lucky and catch a local deal.
