thats not street racing, thats just stupid kids trying to top out, i've seen this in europe and some middle eastern countries, these kids are not into cars they just get mummies and daddies cars when they get a new license cruise around and showoff and try to get to that top speed thinking its cool, they don't even know how to even wash a car.

i still feel bad though, man, what a wate of a life, i love cars to death, but not literally.
can just imagine what the parents must be going through.
thats why i always like it when i see young married people make a habbit of getting involved with their kids hobbies, the kids learn to play safe and responsibly knowing what can happen if they are not so.
