the numbers DO NOT reflect how fast this thing really was...but i know better than to rely on dyno numbers.

13.2:1 compression on 94 octane...we built a simmilar engine for a n/a drag car and it ran 11.2 @115mph @ englishtown NJ (2001ish)... my father owned the company (Leitner Performance) so it didnt cost me anything. in reality its was probably a $12,000+ engine for all the little tricks and development that went in to it...larry at ENDYN also gave me some input on certain things. the biggest factors in making big NA power is compression and tolerances.

here is the list (from what i remember) of parts and work:

fully ported head and chamber work by us including OS intake seats
arp head studs
t-sleeve b18c block 84mm by us
knife edged crank by us
line honed for arp main studs
modded oil pump by us
head reusurfaced .070
block resurfaced .040 (pistons suck out of the block .010)
lightened rockers
custom made chromolly flywheel made by us
crower stage 2 cams (not 3/4 race)
AEM cam gears
endyn ti retainers
crower valve springs and intake valves 1mm over
ferrea .5mm over exhaust valves
cometic 84mm head gasket
endyn 84mm high compression pistons-intke pockets had .020 removed of the back of the pocket and notched for the oil jets
eagle rods
complete balance to less than 1g on the rotating assembly
skunk2 modded manifold
64mm modded type r throttle body
rc 440 injectors
endyn breather system
driveshft shop stg 2 driveshafts
stainless dc jdm type r header 2.5" collector
custom exhaust side exit with 2 moroso spiral flow mufflers in series
NGK 9 heat range Race plugs from my source at NGK race division
magnacore plug wires
OEM timing belt and modded adjuster

head chamber was 44ccs
piston to head was .045"
piston to valve was .040"
valve to valve was .035"
rocker to retainer was .040"
cams were dialed to the cam card specs and never changed
all bearings (crank and rods) had .0015" clearance and were OEM

i think i missed stuff but that is the bulk of it.

no, i sold the whole thing including transmission for $6000....even our custom cable to hydro transmission adapter. i had started to become very sick (multiple sclerosis) at the time of sale and needed the cash.

The fact is, you sound and most likely are border line emo. You bitch about everything and your always negative.

Either you need to get laid or just jump off a bridge.
when people open their mouth before they know facts, they seem sort of STUPID in the end, no?

but its ok...people are quick to jump on my negativity because ...well...i have been negative lately. i have reasons for it but thats my business.

haha I'm just playing dude

we gave it a good go but didn't do anything crazy with it

the most stress it would have been under was the dyno

but yes, it was fast as ****. we were pulling out of a tim horton's parking lot with a car coming thinking we had time to pull away from it. too bad your car was doing nothing but spinning the tires up to 4th gear.

We also took the car straight home into Joe's garage after the dyno because we were getting a little worried when the whole shop stopped what they were doing to come watch your car.

one thing I will say though is that you must have been nuts to put that kind of power into that car with those shitty *** ractive sleeves or whatever they were lol.

me too!! i remember they kept having to tighten the front end because the wheels were spinning on the rollers.

i think it was at the dyno where it over heated...
