sry about that but i jus bin doing the school thing so i havent bin on in a bit but my car jus givin trouble guy it wud strt normal for a few days no probs then i left it for about a week and tried to start it friday and .. it started but then shut off n keeps tumbling but not turning over and iv been trying to get my hands on a obd2 code reader with a jack 2 fit and it seems impossible but i jus wana hv it for future use to cuz sumn like that would pay itself off so now im stuck with a car that is supposedly winter ready new tires an all and wont start i think is prolly d crappy rice lights at the back messing my chi up

and my 1st prob was the dimmer was giving trouble an sum1 thought i was asking a stupid question wen i posted thinking cuz im a (noob) i dont know my way around a car but literally i have to tap on the dimmer for the dash to light up properly even at idle the light would be flickering giving me a poltergeist episode and when it warms up water spits out an starts making a puddle on the ground now in my humble opinion bcuz its sitting in my garage till i get my g2 moisture is normal but the amount it makes i get worried but wen i get it on the road hopefully before december and run it to blow it out i would seriously have to consider an engine much earlier than anticipated . . . i hope this aint a lemon

well i found my water prob i think and its bcuz whoeva supposedly fixed d exhaust they left the bolts between the cat and the exhaust manifold loose so wen its warmer ima tighten that up hopefully thats fixes sum of my troubles

Aparently you don't have one, until you pay for a membership. My mistake.
Sounds like you may need a new dimmer switch, easy enough to obtain from a junk yard. Junk yards are gold mines for older civics.
If you're parking the car over the winter you may want to add gas stablizer(sp?) and remove the battery from it. Keeping the battery warm'ish (basement) and off the floor.
I have an OBD2 reader if you want it. I'd sell it for $25 if you like. All OBD2 ports are the same, the only difference is the OBD2 protocal/software.
Also, on a more personal note: Please type in proper english and use words that are spelt correctly and exist. To me, dispite your clever and fitting nickname, it makes you out to be a punk kid who I wouldn't want to help. You may speak with an accent or in ebonics, but it shows a form of retardation to actually try and type how you talk. Not to flame, or whatever, it's just difficult to understand what you're babbling about without proper grammer.
