synthetic or not?

I need an oil change and i have a 96 civic hatch stock engine, intake, cat-back exhaust (no headers). My timing is also advanced as well.

Synthentic? Any brands in specific?

For the best bang for your buck (full synthetics - PAO basestock) and ready availability, I'd recommend Mobil 1. :wink:

How about a synthetic MIx? Is that good?

I just run regular 10w30 oil for now.

mobil 1 is the best oil, the corvette and dodge viper are both filled with it from the factory stock.
