Speedometer Removal

Speedometer Removal
1993 Civic DX
Speedo bounces all over, settles once in a while but at the wrong speed, sometimes accurate but mostly not.
I tried swapping out the speed sensor....no change.
I'm picking up a speedo head ( gauge ) from a salvage yard tomorrow.
How do I get at the speedo to remove?
