Mine smoked like a son of a b^&ch after especially when I drove. I panicked and phoned them the guy told me it takes about 2 miles for it to burn off. So I run out to the 400 and hammer her. It smoked so bad that from the time I went from one on ramp to the next and turned around. The smoke was still at the place that I left from. Then no more smoke.

Just follow my instrutions from the sticky on the Maintenance page. It's pretty easy. Gas tank, valve cover, intake manifold.

i just seafoamed my car today. with 281xxxkms on the odometer, the car didn't smoke as much as i thought it would. i thought it was going to smoke more than the one in the sticky thread. i was scared to do it because i had soooo many kms on the motor. once i disconnected the vacuum line, the idle kept bouncing in between 1-2k. i started pouring it into the im very slowly and the engine kept sounding like it was going to stall, but it didn't . after pouring 1/3 into it, i shut the car off and poured 1/3 into crankcase and the rest into my gas tank. i let it sit for 5 mins and started it up. sounded like crap and while my friend was revving it i took a pic of it but its on his digi cam atm.

it wasn't that bad at all until i pulled off the driveway and gunned it down the street. there was a bunch of kids hanging out on the corner of the street looking all cool and everything with their bikes and i said hey why not . i pulled up to the stop sign, revved it to 5k and dumped the clutch. by the time i looked in my mirror you can barely see them because there was so much smoke. i can see them all coughing and running away . anyways, drove the car up to east gate and gunned it there again. by the time i hit dixie there was no more smoke left.

i'm doing my oil change in 2 days and i'm dying to see what my oil looks like. i changed my spark plugs like a month ago but do you think i'll have to change my sparkplugs again? my only complaint is it's so damn expensive! 15 bucks from carquest, and yes only carquest carries this product. well thats what the guy told me there. overall it was a fun thing to do. i'll snap some pics of the oil when i do an oil change.

i was thinking the same thing, but you can't possibly screw it up. it's just too easy! the only hard part is getting it through to the IM. but when u take the hose off it's literally like a vacuum. just pour it into a coup and let it slowly suck it up.
