Looking for civic mechanic in London

My good friend needs to have an alternator replaced. He is in London. He can get it done at the dealership but is trying to save a few bucks. It's his mother-in-laws' car. I am trying to help him. Could someone suggest a GOOD mechanic? I am looking for a professional. Thanks!
