Just purchased 08 Civic LX used, what maintenance do I need to do?
 

Hi There, Just picked up an 08 Civic LX used, 125,000 kms.

Did pre-purchase inspection and everything looked good.

I have no idea what maintenance history the car has, other than present condition.

I am going to go to the local Honda dealer to see if there are any outstanding recalls or tsb's for the vin. They may have a dealer based service history if i get lucky.

Was going to do the following:

Visual inspection of all areas
Oil Change
Transmission fluid and filter
Spark plugs if needed
Brake fluid drain and change (3 year mark)
top up all other fluids as necessary

tune up?

Timing chain from my understanding never needs changing, adjust if necessary.

What would you recommend?
