get a o2 sensor socket and a ratchet.....not hard man....

Just be sure not to strip it.....make sure the new one goes in perfectly

you can just do it with a wrench too, but it might be better to take it to a mech to do, or get it up on a hoist... i had to change the 2ndary o2 sensor in my cat, and it took ALOT of force to get it to budge... the whole car was shaking back and forth on the hoist... I would've hated to be underneath the car if it was just on jackstands and having it shake back and forth like that...

I know that ek's have two o2 sensors, i donno about eg's like yours... which one is it that needs replacing? (one after the cat, one in the headers i believe)

you don't need to be underneath the car to do it. You can do it from the top. Be very careful when you are taking them out. Don't try to unscrew it in one turn. In and out, back and forth slowly to break off some of the rust from the treads.

if you have troubles breakin it loose.... a little heat on it wouldnt hurt... just dont touch it :P ... youll be tossin the old o2 out anywaysjust watch your oil pan... i wouldnt recommend heating from the engine bay.. this needs to be done from underneath the car... if heating... be carefull
