help me out here..

help me out here guys...
im new to he civic thing .. my civic has developed a slight jerking motion in lower rpms.. someone sugessted a tune up.. so whats a good tune up for this type of problem.. granted the winter is over and its time for a tune up anyway.. so whats a good tune up ... oil change / new plugs/ new wires.. what else ??

its a 97 honda civic ex bone stock .. my cold air isent eve installed yet.. i hope this isent anything major.. my dad says that if its a plug/wire problem it would happen alot worse and i would loose power.. but i still have great power in higher RPMS

anyway if anyone can add to my list id love to hear what else i should do to keep my lill japense baby running smooth

thanx in advance

Plugs, wires, dist cap/rotor, fuel filter, air filter, change all of the fluids for starters. "A slight jerking motion" is kind of a vague description. How many k's on the motor? What other service has been performed? Timing belt and water pump changed according to Honda's recommendations?

its the best way to dispribe it ..a slight jerking motion in low RPMS.. everything else is done cording to honda .. new timming belt at 100K and so forth ....
178K on the car which is alot i knwo .. but until last week it was running like a dream.. when driving in low RPMS its seems as tho it will slightly pull foward "jerk" and then it will let off causing a slight bobbing front to back and then repets its self.. im not sure really how to discribe it outher than
