Head light problem
 

hey guys, so i've been having a problem with my headlights latley, when i turn them on they turn on but my dash lights dont work at all and my corner lights dont turn on. i drive a 95 civic. any ideas or suggestions would be great. i checked the fuse and it seems to be fine, i think i may have a short somewhere but i dont know how to check stuff out like that :(
