How many km's on your car?
The best way to tell if you really need injectors replaced (if anything) is to have it scanned with a proper diagnostic tool. It may be another issue that is causing the hard starts.
Take note if the hard starts are when your lower on fuel. It's widely known that a lot of civics have trouble starting cold with less fuel in the tank. All you have to do is just turn the key to the full on position and wait a couple seconds. You'll hear the fuel pump relay click on and off again. Once is usually enough, but I find when I'm really low on fuel (less than 1/4-1/8th of a tank) I do this 2 or 3 times so ensure a quick start. All this does is basically prime the fuel system.

If possible, I recommend you take your car to the guys at hivelocity tuning. You can check them out in the vendors section. They will help you get your car running prime again.
