Engine and SRS light

Engine and SRS light
My car has the engine light, and the SRS light on does anyone know what could be the cause? Also, sometimes the car doesn't start properly. It will start and then sputter and turn off. What is going on?

get it scanned. also do you have the steering wheel with air bag? or replaced with non-airbag racing one?
