DRL, low-beam and high-bean (headlight) issue

Car: 2003 EM2 Sedan
Headlight: 9003

Problem:
During DRL, only the driver's side headlight is on. Passenger side headlight is off. There is buzzing sound in the cabin, maybe coming from the glove box area.

During low beam, both low-beam headlights are on.

During high beam, only the driver's side high-beam headlight is on. Passenger side high-beam is off.

I already tried swapping the fuses (in the hood and under the steeling wheel) and headlights and the problem is still there. I think it has something to do with the headlight on the passenger side.

Did anyone get this before? How can I fix it? Thanks

Hey I know what to do now. The sound is coming from behind the glove box. So I opened it and try to see where te sound is coming from and I think I found the problem.

After you remove the glove box, look all the way to your left. You will see two relays ("cube" like object), one black and one gray. The one making the sound is the gray one. You can pull it out (pull it vertically, to the sky). It's just like a plug.

The relay is MITSUBA JAPAN RC-5102 12v 1T 2XG.

So RC-5102 relay is the item to replace.

Now if you know where I can get it online (ship to Canada) or how much is it from dealer, let me know.

Check rockauto.com. Also call around to local parts stores.

The DRL module in my wife's 94 accord was going bonkers back when we first bought it and a new one is upwards $200 or so. So I pulled it out, yanked the cover off and re-soldered all the connections on the module's PCB (printed circuit board) and viola! No issues since.
