He said he has to make a copy of the ownership when doing so, and for auditing purposes.

don't do it.....sounds fishy

When you go get brakes done on the car, do you have to give them your ownership for them to make a copy of?
Hell no you don't.

Ya, cause I thought all I had to do was submit the form mailed to me from Drive Clean. I thought I heard him saying copy of ownership or something like that...

I will find another shop then. Thanks Andrew

passed etest.

so it is possible.

b16a gen 2 jdm
eagle rods
je pistons/rings
750cc rc engineering fuel injectors
crome street tune (dyno in a week i hope!!!) by zeeman

failed once.... it passed 40k test, but failed idle.a TOUCH too rich

tuned it down in crome, passed.

he ran it as hotrod. cuz of the engine and turbo setup. no problemo.

so yes, it's possible to pass with a turbo and fat injectors!

Whats happening having some trouble passing the emiss test, my readings are HC limit:75 read:60, CO limit:.42 reading:.43, and NO limit:576 read 1100 the car is a 97 civic coupe with around 235,000km she runs mint, know one can pin point exactly why its not passing, if anybody hear can chime in it would be greatly appreciated, oh and Im pretty sure both o2 sensors were rerplaced as well as the dist, and the car has a full ractive exaust from cat back.

bring it to a shop..

I would suspect a mis-fire and a failed cat.

hey guys, I really need some help...

I had a ford explorer 97 xl... it passed no problemo on the e-test... but it uses way too much fuel...

anyways, I traded it evenly for a 1995 civic 2 door with headers, ractive intake, dropped, ground effects, new 1.6vtec(which replaced the stock 1.5l) and a manual tranny(used to be auto)... I traded on monday, I have until sunday to register it..

I took it in last night to Crappy T's, and failed..

asm 2525 IDLE
hc ppm limit 72 reading 121 | limit 200 reading 336
CO% were a pass on 2525 and idle
NO PPM limit 550 reading 3193!!! | n/a on curb idle

control systems were all n/a except fuel cap which was a pass...

So, anyways, took it to muffler man today, they put on a new catalytic and adjusted the timing... failed....

they adjusted the timing all the way back to 0 degrees, and tried a larger cat,... FAILED..

so they reversed all the work they did and didn't charge me anything..

heres the problem, I have to have this registered by sunday.. :\

Honda dealership is open tomorrow, does anyone know if they will give me the letter stating my engine is not stock, and then I would get the hotrod? how does that work?

they were able to get the NO down to about 1200 with the new cat, but its still not a pass

now I am back to my old catalytic and the timing back. which I think is like 16 or something not sure...

I am not a mecahnic at all, I just like the idea of 32mpg and the nice honda look...

can someone please explain to me the hotrod status, or the modded status, or how the hell the pass this, BTW I am in london ontario..

as well, can I go up to my mothers house in walkerton (bruce county) change my license to there, (not insurace) and get past the etest (they don't have to get one there)

Thanks in advance, running out of time, any help is very very appreciated...
