so my rad hose is starting to leak and i was wondering how much for the hose and is there anything else i need to change when changing the hoses. do i need to change the thermostat???

you dont have to change the t stat, but its prob a good idea depending on your milage. Their under 15$ normally with the gasket.

call up napa or honda for the price on the hose. and obviously change the coolant lol. you dont really need to change the thermostat unless theres something wrong with it. while your at it you should do a bit of a coolant system flush, just get a hose and shoot water through the rad inlet (with both hoses disconnected), and also through the inlet on the engine (where the upper rad hose connects to). this doesnt completely flush the system, but it will remove some of the built up crud in it.

Change both rad hoses and I'd probably do the thermostat if it was my car as well.

So I decided to just change my hoses is there anything I have to do. Is it just disconecting the clamps and hoses for both upper and lower. Or do I have to drain the rad first. Help pls!!!

you can disconnect them, and drain them out into some sort of bin to catch the coolant. you dont need to drain it out of the rad because the lower hose will remove most of it anyways, but the main thing is just to drain the hoses so you can replace them. goodluck OP
