My 91 honda civic is throwing codes, 7 (7 flashes) Throttle angle, Code 10 (10 flashes) Intake air temperature , and Code 13 (13 flashes) Atmospheric pressure and now it wont start, are any of these codes the reason why my car shouldnt be starting and if they are what should i do? thanks

Those codes are exactly why your car isn't starting.

atmospheric pressure sensor I heard is right on the ECU, so if that sensor is finished, you need to replace the ECU. at least it is on the 7th gen.

if I were you, I'd try another ECU first, see if the car fires up.

ok... what IS the car doing? turning over? starting and then stalling? or what?? the charging system has no real relationship to the starting process... if your battery is good, the car can run for a little bit w/o the alternator working... so you can boost the car, and it should start. In your case, I'd at least remove the alternator belt to prevent the explosion of the battery, cuz if it starts overcharging, you could have an acidy mess on your face.
