Changing Fuel Filter

I am having some trouble with my fuel filter. Here is my problem:

The two bolts ontop of the fuel filter, I can only get one of them off and not sure how to remove the other one, it is on so tight and i cant seem to swing it. Also, how do i disconnect the lines. I have one bolt off, but the lines dont pop off hte top so i can hook my new fuel filter up.

ANy help would be great.

when you take the line off put a rag over it. Not alot of gas comes out, but its smart to get the rag on it when loosening it. And when the filter comes out put it on its side so the fuel in it doesnt spray on the motor.

also make sure u remove the gas cap to depressurize the tank before removing any of the gas lines
