car wont start on rainny days

why does in do this. Its a 1991 civic with a 1.5L. I changed the plugs and worked fine until it rained again. any-one know why its doing this?

are all your wires on tight? on our old accord we used to carry a can of WD-40 around to spray on the dizzy on mornings when it wouldn't start that would get rid of all the water from the connections and then it would start up fine...

but then when we changed the dizzy and wires it was fine...
