car won't start. pls help
 

I have a 91 intgera with a b18b and after one freezing night last week. The car won't start. I thought the lines were just frozen. The next day I tried to start it, but it wouldn't. The engine cranks and the battery is still strong, so that elimintates the starter and alternator. I checked the fuel pump, fuses and relays and all passed. and so I thought my distributor is fried. I replaced the distributor and the spark plugs. The engine cranks ut won't start. Lastly, i checked the spark plugs and they are wet wtih gasoline. so that means im gettting the gas but not the spark. Can anyone pls help me as this is my daily driver. thanks
